Arthoscopic Knee Meniscectomy - $4,950

Meniscectomy is a surgical procedure used to alleviate pain in the knee caused by damage to the meniscus. Depending upon the damaged area this procedure can be performed to the medial or lateral aspects of the knee. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions on the knee and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the knee in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the knee. Once the knee has been examined the surgeon may remove or trim the damaged area of the meniscus using a small surgical shaver or small surgical scissors that are inserted through one of the pre-made incisions. Once the damaged portions have been removed the incisions are closed with a small stitch or sterile strips.

Meniscectomy is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Partial Knee Replacement - $13,500

Partial Knee Replacement is a surgical procedure used to alleviate pain in the knee caused by arthritic conditions, ligament damage and tissue damage. Partial Knee Replacement surgery is performed when damaged is contained to a single compartment of the knee. This procedure involves the surgeon making a small incision to the front of the knee and inserting a surgical camera to verify the damaged area. Once the damaged areas have been verified your surgeon will use small shavers to remove the cartilage from the damaged compartment of the knee. The ends of the femur and tibia are then capped with a metal covering and a spacer is placed between them to allow for a smooth range of motion. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

Partial Knee Replacement is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Arthoscopic ACL Repair - $9,900

ACL Repair is a surgical repair used to reconstruct the ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) of the knee. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions around the knee and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision.

This camera allows the surgeon to see the knee in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the knee. Since the ACL can not be sewn back together, another piece of tissue must be used to graft the two pieces together. Your surgeon will discuss the most effective area to graft tissue. The torn portion of ligament will then be removed using microsurgical instruments. Small tunnels are made in the bone and the new tissue is threaded through these tunnels for stability. The newly repaired ligament is then attached to the bone.

ACL Repair is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

MCL Repair - $8,900

MCL Repair is a surgical repair used to reconstruct the MCL (medial collateral ligament) of the knee. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions around the knee and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the knee in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the knee. Since the MCL can not be sewn back together, another piece of tissue must be used to graft the two pieces together. Your surgeon will discuss the most effective area to graft tissue. The torn portion of ligament will then be removed using microsurgical instruments. Small tunnels are made in the bone and the new tissue is threaded through these tunnels for stability. The newly repaired ligament is then attached to the bone. Once the damaged ligament has been repaired the incisions are closed with a small stitch or sterile strips.

MCL Repair is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Arthoscopic PCL Repair - $9,900

PCL Repair is a surgical repair used to reconstruct the PCL (posterior cruciate ligament) of the knee. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions around the knee and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the knee in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the knee. Since the PCL can not be sewn back together, another piece of tissue must be used to graft the two pieces together.

PCL Repair is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Arthoscopic Chondroplasty - $4,950

Arthoscopic Chondroplasty is a surgical procedure used to alleviate pain in the knee by reshaping the surface of the joint and reducing friction in the bones of the knee. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions on the knee and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the knee in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the knee. Once the knee has been examined, the surgeon may decide to trim or remove damaged pieces of tissue, ligament or bone around the knee joint. This is done through the insertion of microsurgical tools into one of the pre-made incisions. The knee joint is then smoothed or resurfaced allowing it to function more smoothly. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

Chondroplasty is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Arthroscopic Knee Synovectomy - $4,950

Arthroscopic Synovectomy is a surgical procedure used to alleviate knee pain caused by inflamed joint tissue (synovium). This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions on the knee and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the knee in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the knee. Once the knee has been examined, the surgeon may decide to trim or remove damaged or inflamed pieces of tissue around the knee joint. This is done through the insertion of microsurgical tools into one of the pre-made incisions. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

Arthroscopic Synovectomy is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

High Tibial Osteotomy - $11,500

High Tibial Osteotomy is a surgical procedure used to alleviate pain in the knee caused by arthritic conditions as well as to correct structural deformities of the knee. This procedure involves the surgeon making a small incision to the front of the knee and inserting a surgical camera to verify the damaged area. Once the damaged area has been verified, a small section of bone is removed from the outside of the tibia. This removal of the “wedge” allows the knee to straighten as intended and creates more space between the bones. As a result, the knee can bear weight evenly and alleviate the pain caused by arthritis. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

High Tibial Osteotomy is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Knee Needle Saline Lavage with Viscosupplementation - $1,500

Knee Needle Saline Lavage with Viscosupplementation is an effective non-surgical treatment for those with chronic knee pain. This needle-based procedure uses an injection of saline and hyaluronic acid to improve knee function. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring fluid in the knee that allows the knee to glide over the joints and maintain mobility. This injection supplements the loss of this fluid that may be causing chronic knee pain.

The physician begins this procedure by sliding a needle through the anesthetized skin and contrast solution is injected so the physician can use a fluoroscopic guidance to visualize the affected areas and assure correct placement of the needle. Next, a mixture of saline and hyaluronic acid is injected around the knee. The injection site is then covered with a small bandage.

Knee Needle Saline Lavage with Viscosupplementation is performed as an outpatient procedure using a non-surgical approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.
