Elbow Arthroscopy - $4,950

Arthroscopy of the elbow is a procedure used to remove damaged portions of tissue or ligament from the elbow and alleviate pain in the elbow. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions around the elbow and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the elbow in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the elbow. Once the elbow has been examined, the surgeon may decide to trim or remove damaged pieces of tissue, ligament or bone. This is done through the insertion of microsurgical tools into one of the pre-made incisions. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

Elbow Arthroscopy is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Wrist Arthroscopy - $4,950

Arthroscopy of the wrist is a procedure used to remove damaged portions of tissue or ligament from the wrist and alleviate pain in the wrist. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions around the wrist and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the wrist in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the wrist. Once the wrist has been examined, the surgeon may decide to trim or remove damaged pieces of tissue, ligament or bone. This is done through the insertion of microsurgical tools into one of the pre-made incisions. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

Endoscopic Ulnar Nerve Decompression - $6,900

Ulnar Nerve Decompression is a procedure used to alleviate pain in the elbow caused by pressure on the Ulnar Nerve. This can also alleviate the numbness in the fingers as a result of Ulnar Nerve Compression.

This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions around the elbow and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the elbow in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the elbow. Once the elbow has been examined, the Ulnar Nerve sheath is accessed it is decompressed allowing the release of the Ulnar Nerve. This is done through the insertion of microsurgical tools into one of the pre-made incisions. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

Ulnar Nerve Decompression is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Ulnar Nerve Transposition - $6,900

Ulnar Nerve Transposition is a procedure used to alleviate pain in the elbow caused by Ulnar Nerve Entrapment. This can also alleviate the numbness in the fingers as a result of Ulnar Nerve Entrapment. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions around the elbow and inserting a small surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera allows the surgeon to see the elbow in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the elbow. Once the elbow has been examined, the Ulnar Nerve is released from its entrapped position (most often on the bony prominence of the elbow) allowing for decompression of the nerve. This is done through the insertion of microsurgical tools into one of the pre made incisions. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

Ulnar Nerve Transposition is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.

Carpal Tunnel Release - $4,250

Carpal Tunnel Release is a surgical procedure used to alleviate pain and symptoms associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions on the wrist or palm and inserting a small flexible surgical camera (about the width of a pencil) into the incision. This camera is known as an endoscope. This camera allows the surgeon to see the carpal tunnel in high definition and navigate around all of the structures of the wrist and forearm. Once the carpal tunnel has been examined, small microsurgical tools are inserted into the pre-made incision and the transverse carpal ligament is resected. This resection releases the pressure on the median nerve that was causing the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Once the nerve has been released the incisions are closed with a small stitch or sterile strips.

Carpal Tunnel Release is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practices the same day.

Trigger Finger Release - $3,900

Trigger Finger Release is a surgical procedure performed to alleviate the catching and locking of the fingers associated with Trigger Finger. This procedure involves the surgeon making one or more small incisions on the palm to access the tendon sheath of the affected finger. Once the tendon sheath is accessed it is decompressed allowing the release of the Trigger Finger and restoring normal function to the finger. The incision is then closed with either a stitch or sterile adhesive strips.

Trigger Finger Release is performed as an outpatient procedure using a Minimally Invasive Approach at Regency Healthcare’s state of the art surgical facility.

Patients will not need to stay overnight and will be able to leave the surgical practice the same day.
